Our sincere appreciation goes to Hon. Natividad Isabel R. Magbalon, Municipal Mayor, for her continued support of programs that provide meaningful livelihood opportunities for Milagrenos.
Most of all, congratulations to PARANARA SLPA, headed by President Randy Aganan, and all its members! Your dedication, teamwork, and willingness to put the project into action are what make initiatives like this possible.
