National Disability Rights Week in the Municipality of Milagros

We are thrilled to share that the Persons with Disability Affairs Office, supported by Mayor Natividad Isabel R. Magbalon, marked the celebration of the First Day of the National Disability Rights Week in the Municipality of Milagros with great enthusiasm! with a theme “Promoting Inclusion: Celebrating Abilities and Advocating Access,” we gathered nearly 298 PWD attendees from all 27 barangays of our Municipality. It was an inspiring day filled with empowerment, solidarity, and a shared commitment to creating a more inclusive community.
