A promise fulfilled for the people of Milagros

The ceremonial turnover of the Magsalangi Farm-to-Market Road was held on March 4, 2026, in Barangay Magsalangi, Milagros, Masbate. This six-kilometer road, funded by the Philippine Rural Development Project, is more than just infrastructure — it is a pathway to enabling communities and expanding opportunities of our farmers, fisherfolks, and rural communities. As we inaugurated this road, we celebrated meaningful progress: • Better access of farmers and fisherfolk to markets • Faster, safer transportation and mobility • Development reaching even the farthest communities. Congratulations to the LGU Milagros and every proud Milagreno! This milestone was made possible through the collective effort of the Department of Agriculture PRDP National and Regional Project Coordination Offices, the Project Support Office for South Luzon, the Municipal Project Management and Implementation Unit, our Barangay Officials, the Project Affected Persons who generously donated portions of their properties for the road right-of-way, and HKP Construction.
