❗️LEADERSHIP TRAINING FOR BARANGAY CHILD REPRESENTATIVES ❗️ This training is a Child-Led activity spearheaded by the Municipal Child Representative Ms. April Ces D. Valencia, assisted by the Social Welfare and Development Office. The objectives of the activity are the following: ~ To empower child representatives by providing them with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to take on leadership roles in their communities; ~ To develop key leadership skills such as communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and decision-making; raise awareness about community issues and the role of child representatives in addressing these issues; and ~ To increase the engagement of children in community activities and governance. Thank you so much to our Resource Speakers, Ms. Jamie Fasano and Mrs. Maryben M. Aguirre, for helping us realize this activity’s objectives and imparting your knowledge to our Barangay Child Representative.
