The establishment and capacity-building of the Barangay Employment Service Desk Officer (BESDO) in the Municipality of Milagros would not have been possible without the strong support and commitment of our Municipal Mayor, Hon. Natividad Isabel R. Magbalon, whose continued advocacy for employment facilitation, inclusive opportunities, and community development strengthens the efforts of the Local Government Unit in bringing essential employment services closer to every Milagreños.

The seminar aims to:

Understand the purpose and legal basis of the BESDO Program

Appreciate the roles and responsibilities of the BESDO

Become familiar with PESO’s employment facilitation services

Understand the required profiling and registration activities

Prepare for the official orientation and implementation of the BESDO Program

The BESDO Pre-Orientation Seminar serves as an initial capacity-building activity to prepare our designated BESDOs for their roles and responsibilities and for the successful implementation of the program.

Together, we bring employment services closer to every Milagreños.
