Blessing and Turnover Ceremony of the Newly Constructed One (1) Unit Classroom at Luacan Elementary School

July 14, 2025 | This newly completed project was funded by the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) under the Support to the Barangay Development Program 2024 (SBDP 2024) and was implemented by the Municipality of Milagros, under the leadership of Honorable Natividad Isabel R. Magbalon, M.D., Municipal Mayor. The project was identified as a priority by the Barangay Government of Paraiso, through the leadership of Barangay Captain Anajean R. Bayaban and the rest of the barangay officials, during a consultation meeting conducted in coordination with the DILG personnel and the Local Government Unit of Milagros. The newly constructed one (1) unit classroom features a standard design that supports a comprehensive educational curriculum and promotes a safe, inclusive, and conducive learning environment for the students of Luacan Elementary School.
