CASH PAYOUT I TEMPORARY EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM FOR OSYS AND OSAS (OUT OF SCHOOL YOUTH / OUT OF-SCHOOL ADUULTS)

December 23, 2025 📍Teen Center Building, Municipal Government Center, Bacolod, Milagros, Masbate The Temporary Employment Program for Out-of-School Youth (OSY) and Out-of-School Adults (OSA) has officially concluded after 15 meaningful days of work, from December 2 to 23, 2025. Each of the 28 beneficiaries received a total of ₱6,225 for their service and a Certificate of Completion. Beyond the financial assistance that helped augment their daily needs, the program provided something far more valuable—an opportunity to experience firsthand the work at a local government office. The beneficiaries were welcomed without discrimination and worked side by side with LGU employees in a supportive and inclusive environment. This experience not only built confidence and work readiness but also inspired them to pursue decent and sustainable employment in the future. A small step that opened doors to bigger possibilities.
