Children’s Congress Last November 26,2025, the Children’s Congress was actively participated by the Milagros West District, Milagros East District, PWD Children, Out of School Children and Youth, and Barangay Child Representative.

The following activities are conducted: -Discussion about Republic Act No. 11930, the Anti-Online Sexual Abuse or Exploitation of Children(OSAEC) and Anti-Sexual Abuse or Exploitation Materials(CSAEM) by Atty. Ida Marie R. Marcaida- from PAO Masbate. -Discussion about Safe Internet for Children by Local Youth Development Officer, Ma. Flory Mae T. Andaya. -Selction of Municipal Child Representative facilitated by MLGOO VI, Nica Angelica B. Luzong. Congratulations to Ms. Gwen Vannesse D. Sia of Masbate School of Fisheries and Agnes B. Donieto- Serafin C. Rosero Memorial High School as elected Municipal Child Representatives to represent children in the Local Council for the Protection of Children. Mayor Natividad Isabel R.
