DELIBERATION & DECLARATION OF DRUG-CLEARED MUNICIPALITY The Regional Oversight Committee on Barangay Drug Clearing Program (ROCBDC) held a meeting today, August 20, 2025, for the deliberation and declaration of drug cleared barangays and municipality. The Municipality of Milagros, is the second municipality in the province of Masbate that have undergone deliberation for a “Drug Cleared Municipality”, which was subsequently been approved and conferred by ROCBDC. Present during the meeting are the members of the Municipal ADAC Core Team of Milagros, headed by Mayor Natividad Isabel R. Magbalon, Dr. Irene Grace Calucin- MHO, Ma. Astrid A. Madrilejos- ADAC Focal Person, PMAJ Jonoel Moratalla Chief of Police, PSSg Joseph Rabuya, PMSg Lenilyn S. Banzuelo, and MLGOO Nica Angelica B. Luzong. Mayor Natividad Isabel R. Magbalon, reassured the ROCBDC on the continuous implementation of anti-illegal drugs program and activities and sought for a collaborative effort to sustain this achievement for the betterment of Milagros. #MilagrosTODAY
