The LGU Milagros, through the PDAO–Milagros, in partnership with TESDA has successfully conducted the Capability Building and Skills Training on Corporate Massage for 30 Persons with Disability from various barangays in our municipality. This initiative aims to enhance the leadership and technical skills of our PWDs, equipping them with specialized training in corporate massage as a sustainable and viable livelihood opportunity. A huge thanks to our ever supportive Mayor Naty for her consistent support to the vulnerable sector, making sure that inclusion is always a priority in all ways.
