Subsidy to Indigent Solo Parent Today, the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office spearhead the distribution of Subsidy to Indigent Solo Parent as mandate of R.A 11861 of 2022 known as Solo Parent Welfare Act. These are the following activities: ✅ Payout to 143 Registered Indigent Solo Parents ✅ Re-orietation of R.A 11861 ✅ Free Notarial Services in partnership with the Public Attorney’s Office in the presence of Atty. Hannibal Barruga, Atty. Ida Marie Marcaida, and Atty. Myra M. Manlangit. Please visit the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office for more queries regarding the application for Solo Parent.
