The LGU-Milagros, headed by Hon. Mayor Natividad Isabel Revil-Magbalon, joins DSWD in the conduct of the Walang Gutom Program (WGP), a national government’s flagship anti-hunger initiative launched in 2023 (initial pilot) and institutionalized in 2024, to address involuntary hunger among the poorest Filipino households.
