Yesterday, November 24, 2025, the two Accredited Child Development Workers in the Local Government Unit of Milagros formally received their Certificate of Recognition from the Early Childhood Care and Development Council (ECCD) during the Post Celebration of Child Development Worker’s Week Celebration spearheaded by the Office of the Provincial Social Welfare and Development.

Present during the event is the Provincial Governor Atty. Ricardo T. Kho and Provincial Vice Governor Fernando Talisic who expressed their gratitude to the Child Development Workers for the effort and services extended to Pre-Kindergarten Children. Further, Teacher Bella Aninang of Calasuche Child Development Center achieved Level 1 and Teacher Novy M. Francisco of Poblacion East Child Development Center achieved Level 2 during the Accreditation to Public Learning Centers last April 2025. The LGU-Milagros headed by Hon. Natividad Isabel R.
